Lead Dental Assistant

Private upscale general dental office in Summerlin, looking for friendly, highly motivated, and professional Dental Assistant. M-TH 9am-5pm.

• Ability to set up and prepare dental equipment and instruments.
• Knowledge of dental patient screening and medical history documentation.
• Prepares and sterilizes instruments and equipment.
• Takes dental x-rays.
• Comprehensive knowledge about dental treatments.
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed.
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
• Must have knowledge of Dentrix and Dexis.
• Trios or other scanning experience for crown/bridge.
• Answer phones and make patient appointments when needed.
• Verify insurance and check claims when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
