Job Overview
We’re seeking a Lead Dental Assistant who is professional, dependable and reliable, and ready to take on a leadership role in a supportive, patient-focused setting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and appreciates a consistent daily routine.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the dentist chairside during patient visits
- Set up and clean operatories and maintain sterilization protocols
- Monitor and manage inventory and supply orders
- Ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow
- Help with training and mentoring additional team members as we grow
- Provide excellent patient care with a warm and professional manner
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of proven dental assisting experience required
- Proficient with dental assisting techniques, including familiarity with 3D scanning Cerec technology.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Self-motivated and reliable. Willing to work.
- Friendly, calm demeanor and team-focused attitude
- Current CPR certification (optional)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Base Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
