• Salary based on % of collection. Our top-performing Lead Dentists are earning well above 50k per month.

What We’re Looking For:

• A licensed General Dentist in the state of California
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience
• Ability to do bread-and-butter dentistry
• Ability to do endodontics, extractions, and place implants (required)
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• A team player who aligns with our patient-first philosophy
• Growth-minded, motivated, and reliable

Pay: $240,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
