Lead Doctor/Dentist – Specialty Startup (Palo Alto)

We are launching a new specialty-focused dental center in Palo Alto, and we are seeking a Lead Doctor to be the clinical head of a modern, fully equipped startup practice.

This is an ideal role for:

• A specialist (Endodontist, Periodontist, Prosthodontist, Oral Surgeon)
• OR an experienced general dentist with strong surgical skills
• Someone who wants to build a boutique specialty brand from the ground up

• Premium Palo Alto location
• Privately owned, debt-free, no corporate oversight

Your Role

• Provide specialty-level patient care
• Lead clinical protocols and standards
• Help shape the identity of the new specialty center
• Collaborate with owners on clinical vision
• (Optional) Participate in marketing & networking with local GPs
• Grow the practice and become the primary clinical leader

Compensation

Because this is a startup, compensation is structured to reward growth:

• Guaranteed base (negotiable)
• High percentage of production (35–45% depending on specialty)
• Signing bonus available
• CE reimbursement
• Optional equity/ownership track for long-term candidates

Who Should Apply

• Specialists (Perio, Endo, OS, Pros)
• OR general dentists with advanced surgical/restorative skills
• 3+ years clinical experience
• Interest in leadership or practice building
• Comfortable with digital workflows
• CA license in good standing

Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
