Lead Designer

Location: Chembur

Reports To: Founder/ Creative Director

Mission: To deeply understand Creative Directors vision, manage daily design ops, and train juniors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Continuity: Deep-dive into Basil Leaf’s 5-year archive to master its design language, ethos..
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor junior designers to align with brand aesthetics.
• Streamline workflows for final design approval vs. daily reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4-5 years experience in Womens Modern indian wear.
• Not a "visionary" but a "executor" – someone who thrives on perfecting others’ ideas, not pitching their own.
• Proven loyalty – worked 3+ years at one brand.
• Design skills – patience, adaptability to Creative directors style, and ability to mentor juniors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
