Job Overview

Posted Social is seeking an experienced, highly creative Lead Designer to join our in-office team in St. Louis. This role is for a well-rounded designer who can own visual execution across multiple brands, industries, and platforms — from brand identity and social content to digital ads and physical marketing assets.

The Lead Designer will play a key role in setting creative standards, collaborating closely with our marketing strategy and social media teams, and making sure all design work meets our shared expectations for quality, consistency, and intention.

This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in both creative thinking and clean execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead design execution across a variety of client brands and industries
• Create and evolve brand identities, visual systems, and marketing assets
• Design assets for: Social media content, Digital advertising (Meta, Google, etc.), Print and physical marketing materials
• Translate strategy and messaging into clear, effective visual design
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Collaborate closely with social media managers and company leadership
• Maintain consistency and quality across all client deliverables
• Review, refine, and improve design workflows as the team grows

Experience & Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience (agency or equivalent environment preferred)
• A portfolio demonstrating: Brand identity work, Marketing and social content, Digital and physical design assets
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Prior leadership or senior-level responsibility is a plus, but creative ownership mindset is required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
