With a track record of generating $120k+ in revenue through global Microsoft-partnered projects, we are now building the next generation of indigenous Indian flight simulators for the Indian defense and commercial sectors.

The Role: Lead Designer

We are looking for a "Rising Star" in the design world. You are likely a Senior 3D Artist or Lead Designer who is tired of being just a "cog in the machine" and is ready to own an entire department.

As our Lead Designer, you will move beyond just creating assets. You will define the visual language of our product line. From the high-fidelity 3D "Digital Twins" of aircraft to the mission-critical UI/UX of a pilot's cockpit, your work will directly impact how the next generation of pilots are trained.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Masterclass: Lead the creation of hyper-realistic aircraft interiors and exteriors using 3ds Max or Blender, complemented with advanced 3D scanning techniques.
• Real-time Integration: Architect visual pipelines within Unreal Engine 5, ensuring 1-to-1 parity between the digital and physical worlds.
• Next-Gen UI/UX: Design the layouts for multi-function cockpit displays and instructor operating stations (IOS), prioritizing clarity and data density.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of junior 3D artists and UX designers, setting the bar for "Prime Contractor" quality.
• Physical-to-Digital Design: Collaborate with our hardware partners in Hyderabad to ensure our software aesthetics match the physical cockpit shells.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency: Expert level in 3ds Max or Blender and Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints/Materials/Lighting).
• The Polymath Edge: A portfolio that shows a mix of hard-surface 3D modeling, high-end graphic design, and clean UI/UX (Figma/Adobe).
• Experience: 4-7 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
• Location: Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad to collaborate with our hardware engineering partners.

The Aviation Factor

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
