About the JD

Key responsibilities:

● Lead and execute the development and rollout of brand identity systems across all touchpoints (digital, social, events, print, and advertising).

● Design high-impact visual assets, landing pages, and digital interfaces aligned with the brand’s vision and marketing objectives.

● Maintain and evolve design systems, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency globally.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams — marketing, product, and content — to bring creative ideas to life.

● Provide creative direction and mentorship to designers and external vendors.

● Ensure all designs meet brand, compliance, and technical standards.

● Keep up to date with design trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Job Requirements:

● 10+ years of experience in brand, digital, or UI/UX design, ideally within the fintech space or technology-driven environment.

● Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

● Strong understanding of responsive web design, UX principles, and digital production workflows.

● Exceptional eye for detail, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.

● Experience managing external agencies or freelance designers is a plus.
