Lead Designer-Interiors (Male)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring aesthetic excellence, functionality, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior design projects for residential, commercial, and fit-out spaces.
• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure design intent is executed.
• Oversee selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
• Ensure designs comply with quality standards, budget, and timelines.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and support the design team in achieving project goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and innovative design solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Interior Designer or Senior Designer in interiors and fit-out projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, layouts, and project execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Male candidates preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

• Lead Designer: 8 years (Preferred)
