For more than 15 years, we have been designing, launching, and operating successful digital services in Europe: SaaS, automated online platforms, and high-performance funnels.
This experience has given us strong expertise in digital acquisition, SEO, monetization, and industrialization of online services.

We are now opening our new Tech & Development hub in Business Bay (Dubai) in mid-October.
Our goal is to build a true digital factory, capable of producing and scaling dozens of projects every year under the startup studio model.

We work exclusively on our own projects – no external clients – which gives us full agility and ownership of the value we create.

Our ambition

• Establish Dubai as our international technology hub and the core of our digital production.
• Build a diversified portfolio of profitable online services (SaaS, API-first, e-services, platforms).
• Leverage the latest technologies: generative AI, OpenAI, advanced automation, and API-first approaches.
• Grow a team of 20–30 tech talents within 2–3 years, organized into agile squads.
• Make data collection and analysis a central pillar to continuously understand, measure, and optimize the performance of our products.

Your role

We are hiring a Senior Lead Developer to join us from mid-October and take a foundational role in our Dubai hub.

Your responsibilities:

• Define the technical architecture: stack choices, coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices.
• Lead the development of our first strategic projects (React / Next.js, Node/NestJS, PostgreSQL).
• Implement robust data tracking and analytics pipelines (events, dashboards, KPIs) to ensure every site and service can be measured and optimized.
• Experiment with cutting-edge technologies: AI (OpenAI, GPT, APIs), automation workflows, and no-code/low-code where relevant.
• Mentor and grow a small team of developers (mid/junior) as the studio expands.
• Collaborate closely with our designer and SEO specialist to deliver modern, high-performance, SEO-friendly products.
• Act as the main technical counterpart to the leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions and preparing the organization to scale rapidly.
• Take calculated risks on emerging technologies that can give us a competitive advantage.

Profile we are looking for

• 7+ years of experience in web development, including 2–3 years in a lead, architect, or senior technical role.
• Strong expertise in React / Next.js, Node.js / NestJS, PostgreSQL / Prisma.
• Solid knowledge of professional development practices: CI/CD, GitHub, automated testing, code reviews.
• Proven experience with data tracking and analytics (GTM, GA4, dashboards, event pipelines).
• Strong interest in new technologies: AI, OpenAI, API-first, automation.
• A curious mindset and the ability to test, experiment, and innovate quickly.
• Capacity to design robust architectures and mentor other developers.
• Highly autonomous, proactive, with a long-term vision.
• Professional English required (French is a plus).

Compensation package:

• Competitive salary: 20,000–25,000 AED/month (tax-free).
