Lead Diesel Technician

MSF Repair Service is looking for an individual to hire as a lead technician. We perform repairs on all equipment used on cattle operations, such as tractors, wheel loaders, skid-steers, feeding equipment, pickups, and atvs. We also do design, fabrication, and construction projects.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in electrical and hydraulic diagnosis.
• Extensive tooling.
• Patience and ability to work with others.
• Organization and communication with customers and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Electrical diagnosis and repair.
• Hydraulic diagnosis and repair.
• Assisting and guiding lower level technicians in their repairs.
• Parts ordering and tracking
• Repair status updates

The interview process will be a paid $50/hour diagnostic session of an electrical bug I created on a machine. Tools will be provided. The purpose is to see how this individual approaches an issue, diagnoses, and performs a repair on a unfamiliar machine.

Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
