Lead Dispatcher – Rescue One Cooling, Heating & Plumbing

Rescue One Cooling, Heating & Plumbing is looking for a high-energy, detail-focused Lead Dispatcher to support our growing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service teams. We need someone confident running a fast-paced board and supporting 10–20 technicians with accuracy, communication, and urgency. What You’ll Do

• Lead daily dispatch operations for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians
• Confidently manage 15+ technicians at one time
• Use ServiceTitan CRM (required) to assign calls, update job flow, and monitor technician status
• Communicate with techs and internal teams to ensure a smooth schedule
• Adjust routes and capacity as calls come in, emergencies arise, or schedules shift
• Maintain accurate data entry, job notes, and customer updates
• Support efficiency, customer experience, and technician productivity

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years dispatching in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical (required)
• ServiceTitan experience required
• Experience dispatching for 15–20 field techs
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable making quick decisions
