Lead Dispatcher

The Lead Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily dispatch operations for the fleet. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant movement of loads including oil/water based mud, produced water, other drilling fluids, and other energy sector materials. The Lead Dispatcher acts as the central communication point between drivers, customers, field personnel, and management while optimizing fleet utilization, minimizing downtime, and ensuring all loads are delivered safely and on schedule. Maintaining yard fuel and necessary fluids (oils/chemicals, porch inventory), preparing schedules for the next shift assignments and other duties as assigned for complete success of daily business operations.
