Lead Early Preschool Teacher

This is for a Lead Teaching Position, applicants must have 2 or more years of experience in Early Childhood Education to be considered for the Lead Position. Part-time or full-time support teaching positions are also available.

This is a full time Lead Teacher position for Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:00am-6:00pm

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging activities and educational programs. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of children, preparing them for future academic success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Educate children in various subjects including literacy education, math, and physical education through hands-on activities.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress through standardized testing and informal assessments.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with special education needs.
  • Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to provide an optimal learning environment.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational practices.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of childcare principles and practices.
  • Experience in lesson planning.
  • Ability to create engaging activities that promote literacy education, math skills, and physical education.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
