LEAD EMERGENCY SERVICES TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a Lead Emergency Services Technician who takes a water loss, mold job, or board-up from initial inspection to complete documentation — with the crew executing correctly, the drying plan followed precisely, and the PM informed before problems become crises.

Execute drying correctly the first time — accurate readings, correct equipment placement, complete documentation — so jobs close faster, rework is eliminated, and margin is protected.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
DAY TO DAY
WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE
PROVEN — You have led crews on water mitigation and mold remediation jobs. You have WRT. Your documentation is complete, your readings are accurate, and you have a track record of drying jobs that hit target days.
EMERGING — You have solid field experience and have started taking on lead responsibilities. You do not yet have all certifications, but your execution quality and documentation discipline are strong. You want the structure and mentorship to own the Lead role fully.
