What We’re Looking For:

A full-time Endodontist with:

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited school
• SC dental license
• Board certification in Endodontics (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and growth
• Passion for collaboration and building referral relationships

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform endodontic exams and diagnoses
• Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans
• Lead and support your clinical team
• Build and maintain referral relationships

Compensation & Benefits:

• Daily guarantee: $1,300/day
• Potential to exceed $500,000/year (percentage of collections + profit share)
• No buy-in required for profit share
