Lead Engineer

The Role
The Lead Civil Engineer will be responsible for the complete delivery of design-driven projects, ensuring seamless coordination across civil, MEP, interior, and landscape scopes. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with the ability to lead teams, manage timelines and budgets, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities • Lead full-cycle project execution from design coordination and tender review through to completion and handover. • Oversee site execution across civil, MEP, landscape, pool, and fit-out disciplines. • Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, ensuring smooth integration of all scopes. • Prepare, review, and manage BOQs, material take-offs, and procurement schedules. • Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, manpower, and subcontractor performance. • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Trakhees, DCD, and other authority standards. • Enforce strict QA/QC and HSE protocols at all sites. • Lead and mentor site engineers and supervisors, building efficient and accountable teams. • Provide progress reports, risk assessments, and cost updates to management. • Maintain professional communication with clients, consultants, and design partners to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience • Degree in Civil Engineering. • 7–8 years of UAE experience in construction, landscaping, pool, and interior fit-out projects. • Dubai Municipality–approved Engineer (mandatory). • Valid UAE Driving Licence (mandatory). • Strong technical knowledge of MEP coordination and multi-discipline project management. • Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills. • Proven track record managing high-end residential and commercial builds. • PMP certification is an advantage.
