Lead Engineer - Business Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with a strong background in quality assurance (QA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leading the gathering and documentation of requirements, and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define project scope, identify business needs, and translate them into functional requirements. Your QA experience will be valuable in supporting test planning, validating requirements, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and specifications.
Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution walkthroughs.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, and product managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Support QA activities such as test planning, test case review, and UAT coordination.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and are aligned with requirements.

Qualifications:
4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or systems development environment.
Hands-on or collaborative experience with QA/testing processes.
Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
