Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to manage and execute residential and commercial concrete coating projects. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on expertise in surface preparation and coating applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage installation crews on job sites
• Perform concrete surface preparation (grinding, crack repair, patching)
• Install coating systems including:

• Epoxy
• Polyurea / Polyaspartic
• Rubber stone
• Vuba stone

• Ensure all jobs meet ProShield quality standards
• Communicate with customers professionally on-site
• Train and mentor junior installers
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Follow all safety procedures and job site protocols

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in concrete coatings or similar trade (epoxy preferred)
• Proven leadership or crew lead experience
• Strong knowledge of surface prep and coating systems
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
