BENEFITS:
LAKELAND VILLAGE:
The Community of LakeLand Village began in 1966 with a dream by Virgil Anderson who farmed in this area. He wanted to build a place for families to share both Lake and Land. Therefore, Lake Anderson was formed from a natural spring on the property. Soon, Virgil and his sons (Anderson & Sons) began developing the community one division at a time. A Clubhouse was born, along with a restaurant, a Park, a swimming hole, then came the idea of a Golf Course, and in 1972, it became a reality for the first 9-hole course on the property. Today, LakeLand Village is a PGA rated, 27 Hole Golf course with the highly respected 18 Hole “Ranch Course”. To date, there are now 15 divisions at LakeLand Village and over 930 homes have already been built with more expected in the next year.
