We are seeking a
Lead Esthetician

Our service menu includes advanced treatments such as
LED Skin Phototherapy, Hydrafacial, Propen, Neveskin NuFACE microcurrent, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels
, giving our estheticians the ability to build customized, results-oriented treatment plans. With our membership-based model, you’ll have the opportunity to quickly build and maintain a strong, loyal clientele.
This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in hands-on services, but also enjoys coaching others, driving performance, and building a strong team culture.
What You’ll Do

Lead and oversee the Esthetics Department

Drive performance across service, retail, and membership goals

Train, coach, and develop Estheticians and Sales Associates

Monitor and manage professional and retail inventory

Deliver exceptional, high-quality services to members and guests

Support business initiatives, events, and promotions

Partner with Spa Leadership on performance, strategy, and team development

Conduct regular team meetings, performance check-ins, and evaluations
Schedule & Expectations

Full-time role requiring 35–40 hours per week (includes hands-on service hours and administrative/leadership time)

Full body waxing is required as part of service offerings
What We’re Looking For

Licensed Esthetician with strong hands-on experience

Proven track record in retail sales and service upgrades
-
Experience with facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and waxing
-
Prior leadership or training experience preferred

Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
-
Passion for skincare, client results, and team development
