Lead Esthetician 1099 Contractor – Body Alchemy Studio (La Plata, MD)

Body Alchemy Studio is growing—and we’re looking for a Lead Esthetician who’s ready to step into a key role in a modern wellness and beauty studio.

This is not your average spa position. We’re building a space that blends results-driven skincare with relaxation, recovery, and full-body wellness—and we need someone who can lead, deliver exceptional services, and help elevate the client experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform facials (relaxation + results-driven)
• Provide waxing and brow services
• Educate clients on skincare and home care
• Deliver a high-end, personalized client experience
• Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment
• Support client retention and growth

Compensation:

• 75% commission on all service revenue
• 25% goes to the studio - No rent, no fees.
• Retail commission opportunities
• Bonuses for bringing in new clients and building your book

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Esthetician in Maryland
• Confident in facials, waxing, and brows
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Passion for both skin health and overall wellness
• Must be fully committed to Body Alchemy (not currently owning or operating a competing business or working under another brand)
• Someone who genuinely wants to help grow and build the studio long-term
