About Us

Citrine Aesthetics is a luxury, results-driven spa focused on advanced skin treatments, lashes, and elevated client experiences. We are expanding and looking for a Lead Esthetician to support team development, maintain service standards, and help oversee daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is not only passionate about esthetics but also ready to step into leadership and help elevate an entire team.

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated esthetician who can:

• Deliver high-quality services (lashes, facials, peels, dermaplaning)
• Support and mentor junior estheticians
• Help maintain consistent service standards + client experience
• Assist with daily spa operations (opening/closing, cleanliness, flow)
• Support inventory tracking + supply management
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and growth-focused team culture

Required Skills & Certifications

• Licensed Esthetician (Colorado)
• Experience with lash extensions (classic + volume preferred)
• Certified in chemical peels
• Dermaplaning certified
• Strong knowledge of skin analysis + treatment planning
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader
