What You'll Do

• Perform customized, results-driven facial treatments
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's goals
• Educate clients on skincare, treatment options, and long-term skin health
• Recommend medical-grade skincare products, treatment packages, memberships, and complementary services
• Build strong client relationships that encourage long-term loyalty and retention
• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from consultation through follow-up
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, professionalism, and patient care
• Work closely with our providers and team to create outstanding treatment outcomes

What We're Looking ForRequired

• Active California Esthetician License
• Minimum 2 years of esthetician experience
• Professional appearance and excellent work ethic
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Strongly Preferred

• 1–2+ years of Medical Spa experience
• Experience performing advanced facial treatments
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products
• Confidence conducting consultations and educating clients
• Understanding of treatment planning and long-term client care
• Experience recommending treatment packages and retail products
• Previous experience working in a luxury aesthetic or medical spa environment
• Experience using EMR or electronic charting systems
• Spanish is a plus
