Lead Estimation Engineer (Civil)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience as Civil Estimation Engineer in Construction field in KSA.
• Proficiency in construction cost estimation.
• Overall background for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical.
• Directly responsible for cost estimation and bid / proposal preparation.

ROLE

• Handles project cost estimation (labor, materials, overhead), prepares bids and tenders, performs quantity takeoffs, analyzes budgets for cost savings, coordinates with vendors and subcontractors for pricing, tracks and reports costs, and ensures compliance with industry standards and contracts.

Pay: From ﷼10,000.00 per month
