Lead Estimation Engineer – Civil (KSA)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Estimation Engineer to manage cost estimation, tender preparation, and project budgeting for large-scale civil construction projects. The role requires strong expertise in EPC and design-build tenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects
• Analyze tender documents and develop competitive bid proposals
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulations and specifications
• Use CCS Candy software for estimation and costing
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for accurate budgeting
• Manage estimation teams (QS, engineers, proposal staff)
• Handle variations, claims, and cost proposals
• Support contract and commercial evaluations
• Engage stakeholders for alignment on scope and cost

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in estimation
• At least 5 years of GCC experience (preferably KSA)
• Experience with main contractors (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC/GCOC contracts
• Proficiency in CCS Candy software

Additional Requirements

• Must be currently based in KSA
• Strong experience in large-scale building projects (Residential/Commercial/High-rise/EPC)

Salary & Benefits
