We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ETL Administrator responsible for overseeing the installation, configuration, integration, and implementation of Informatica tools and platforms. The role requires strong expertise in managing and administering enterprise data management environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of ETL solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration of Informatica platforms including EDC, Axon, IDMC, IDQ, and PowerCenter.
- Perform installation, upgrades, patches, and configuration of Informatica products across environments.
- Manage integration and implementation activities, ensuring smooth deployment and operations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal utilization of ETL environments.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to support data integration, data quality, and governance initiatives.
- Implement best practices for backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Manage user access, roles, and security configurations across Informatica platforms.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to junior administrators and ETL developers.
- Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and support procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in ETL Administration with Informatica tools.
- Strong knowledge of installation, configuration, integration, and implementation of Informatica products.
- Hands-on experience with EDC, Axon, IDMC, IDQ, and PowerCenter.
- Expertise in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality concepts.
- Experience with database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools for ETL deployment and monitoring.
