Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute photography assignments for events, campuses, marketing campaigns, and institutional branding.
- Plan, create, and manage creative content for social media, website, ads, brochures, and internal communications.
- Coordinate and execute on-ground shoots (photo/video) as per brand guidelines.
- Edit and enhance photographs using industry-standard tools (Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Work closely with marketing, admissions, and leadership teams to understand content requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs.
- Maintain and organize a digital asset library of photos and creative content.
- Bring fresh creative ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in professional photography (portfolio mandatory).
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting/editing is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel frequently for shoots and events.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
