Education: Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
Experience: 8–12 years in external communications, preferably in a corporate or agency setup.
Certifications: PR or media training certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute external communication strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
Manage media relations, press releases, and public statements to ensure consistent and positive brand representation.
Lead crisis communication planning and execution to safeguard brand reputation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging across all external channels.
Monitor and analyze media coverage, public sentiment, and communication effectiveness.
Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders including media, industry bodies, and influencers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards in all external communications.
