Boucher Landscaping is a growing, professional landscape company serving Southern Maine. We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and fine garden services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew on residential properties
• Oversee pruning, planting, mulching, edging, weeding, and garden bed installation
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company's quality standards
• Train and mentor crew members while maintaining a positive team culture
• Communicate effectively with clients and management
• Maintain equipment and enforce safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience
• Prior crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Strong plant knowledge and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve on-site
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
