Lead Fitter (ITI/Diploma) Dubai location (waste segregation plant)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Fitter to supervise fitting and mechanical maintenance activities in a waste segregation plant. The candidate will lead the maintenance team and ensure smooth operation of plant machinery.

5-10 years experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise fitting, installation, and maintenance of plant equipment.
• Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of conveyors, crushers, screens, and other machinery.
• Guide and manage fitter technicians on daily maintenance work.
• Ensure proper alignment, assembly, and repair of mechanical equipment.
• Maintain safety standards and follow plant maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers for smooth plant operation.

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of mechanical fitting & maintenance.
• Experience in waste management/recycling plant/industrial plant.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team.
