Lead Floral Designer

Job Summary

Duties

• Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Lead and inspire a team of floral designers, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, offering expert advice on floral choices, care tips, and complementary products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, tools, and display areas to uphold safety standards and aesthetic presentation.
• Support e-commerce initiatives by preparing online orders accurately and efficiently for pickup or delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in floral design and event floral design and installations with a strong portfolio showcasing creative arrangements for diverse occasions.
• Knowledge of horticulture and floral design techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with retail sales processes including cashiering.
• Ability to lead by example with positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms for online order fulfillment is preferred.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
