About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter for front-end development and experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Firebase, Django, or .NET, along with solid database management skills.

You will be responsible for building scalable, responsive, and visually appealing applications while ensuring seamless integration between the frontend and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Firebase.
• Develop and integrate secure and efficient databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase Firestore).
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and smooth functionality across platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and responsive interfaces.
• Implement state management using Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and authentication systems (OAuth, Firebase Auth, etc.).
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Debug, test, and deploy applications to production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, tools, and development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3years) in Flutter app development and full stack environments.
• Proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Experience with backend frameworks like Node.js, Express.js, or Django.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Experience deploying apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, Firebase, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Flutter Web and desktop apps.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Understanding of DevOps and containerization (Docker).
• Exposure to UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
