Lead Flutter Developer (Mobile Applications)

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Team Lead – Flutter to oversee a cross-functional team for a MENA Geo-intelligence platform.

Location: Dubai, UAE (in-office or hybrid, preferably if you are already in the UAE)

Key Responsibilities

· Lead a team of Flutter developers (mainly outsourced/out staffed).

· Break down tasks, assign, control execution, and review code.

· Ensure code quality, architecture consistency, and timely delivery.

· Troubleshoot, propose workarounds, resolve blockers.

· Directly manage external developers, coordinate daily stand-ups, sprints, and reviews.

· Work closely with PM to align development with project scope and deadlines.

· Integrate Flutter apps with geospatial/navigation/Smart City services.

Key Requirements

· 5+ years of mobile development experience, with strong expertise in Flutter/Dart.

· Proven experience as Team Lead managing 10+ developers.

· Upper-Intermediate English (daily communication with distributed teams), Russian is an advantage.

· Solid knowledge of mobile app architecture, state management (Bloc/Provider/Redux),

· CI/CD for mobile apps and testing.

· Experience with geo-services, navigation, maps, and Smart City products is a strong

advantage.

· Familiarity with integration of REST/GraphQL APIs, push notifications, and offline-first approaches.

Nice to Have:

∙ Hiring, mentoring, and motivating development teams.

∙ Knowledge of DevOps basics (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud hosting).

∙ Prior experience in GCC or government-scale digital projects.
