We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Patient Coordinator / Lead Conversion Executive to handle online and walk-in enquiries at our premium dental and skin clinic in Satwa.

The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills, excellent English communication, and a passion for converting enquiries into appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, calls, and social media.
  • Convince and convert leads into confirmed appointments through professional communication.
  • Manage the daily appointment schedule and coordinate with doctors.
  • Maintain lead tracking and follow-up records systematically.
  • Ensure every patient receives exceptional customer service.
  • Collect Google reviews and encourage referrals.
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns through effective follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred
  • Must have strong English communication and sales negotiation skills.
  • Confident to speak with new clients and close appointments.
  • Experience in a dental/skin clinic, call center, or beauty industry preferred.
  • Active on WhatsApp and social media.
  • Basic computer knowledge required.

Working Hours:

  • 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
  • 1 day off per week
