Lead for Sales Operations and Data Analyst

Mandatory Requirements for this assignment:

  • Advanced Excel Skills and dash boards
  • power point presentation making skills
  • Can reach to the office site by his/her own: Sundar Industrial Area LAHORE

Desirable Characteristics in the candidate:

  • Socially groomed, confident and a creative personality
  • Quick learner, analytical, great in Numbers/Maths and plays on self accoutabilities
  • Can work independently and proactively to extent of achieving operational excelence
  • Highly energetics so not get exhausted.
  • As this position will be engaged in Sales operations so may be responding the customers and cross functions after duty hours will be required. (E.g: For dispatches, deliveries etc.)- Therefore most probably your mobile may be ringing after office hours and on sundays.

Experience Level:

  • Fresh Graduate (Or Up to 1 Years of relevant experience) with great CGPA, intellect level and eagerness for learning and doing bold experiments.
  • Compliance with the Mandatory Requirements for this role. (Read Above)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Managing and optimizing sales operations and customer service
  • Responding to customer inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Building reports, dashboards, and analyses in Excel. (Advance Excel Skills level)
  • Creating compelling presentations in PowerPoint. (Advance Power Point Skills Level)
  • · Coordinating across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams.
  • · Tracking customer feedback and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
  • · Solving operational bottlenecks before they become business problems.
  • · Turning data into insights and insights into action.
  • · Supporting customer retention by ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
