Lead Front Desk Associate – ATHLETO Reformer Studios (Fairfield)

ATHLETO Reformer Studios is seeking a warm, organized, and sales-minded Lead Front Desk Associate to help create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.

This is more than a traditional front desk position. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, dependable, and excited to help grow a premium wellness brand.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and create a warm, professional atmosphere

Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service

Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries promptly

Assist prospective clients in selecting memberships and class packages

Follow up with leads and trial clients

Support studio sales and membership growth

Help maintain a beautiful and organized studio environment

Manage client accounts and scheduling software

Coordinate retail inventory and front desk supplies

Assist with special events and community outreach

Communicate effectively with instructors and leadership

Identify opportunities to improve studio operations

Take ownership and solve problems proactively
