SALES ASSOCIATE / FRONT DESK / CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a highly motivated, positive and experienced front desk/ sales associate for our very busy Lash Lounge Frisco-Starwood salon. We have a wonderful clientele and are located in the beautiful Shops at Starwood. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you.

WHO WE ARE:

The Lash Lounge Frisco- Starwood is the premier salon for Lash Extensions , Lash Lifts, and Brow Services. We are one of the very busiest Lash Lounge locations, with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, Permanent Makeup and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes. Providing an excellent customer service experience and a positive environment is important to us.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Full-Time front desk/ sales associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. You will report to the Salon Manager.

Previous Membership Sales and MindBody Software experience is a plus!

*We are open seven days a week and have evening hours so you need to be able to work some weekends and some evenings.

Compensation: $14-$17 (varies based on experience and role) plus commissions
