Lead Front Office Coordinator

We are a locally owned emerging pediatric dental office looking for a friendly, motivated and proactive Patient Care Coordinator! We opened a little over two years ago and have grown a lot! You will play a key role in building out an amazing patient experience. You will be able to learn quickly and be flexible do any task that will serve the patient and build the dental practice.

Summit Kids Dental wants every child to have a positive dental experience. Great dental care starts at a young age and you will work closely with Dr. Marc to ensure each child and their parent has a memorable experience. This is a full-time position in the office, Monday through Friday.

The key responsibilities include:

• Always providing the best experience possible for our patients and their parents
• Answering phones with a smile and educating potential customers on the advantages of choosing Summit Kids Dental
• Checking patients in and scheduling their next appointment based on the treatment plan
• Insurance verification and payment collections
• Accurately entering patient information into our software system
• Responsibilities will grow based on the needs of the practice

A great candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 1+ years of experience at a dental office, preferably in a pediatric dental office where you have verified and collected dental insurance payments
• Warm and inviting communicator who can convey the benefits of Summit Kids Dental and educate parents on the treatment plans in order to schedule the next appointment
• Excellent attention to details and organizational skills to keep patient, scheduling, and billing information accurate
• Team oriented who is proactive in figuring out what needs to be done next to take care of the patient and the practice
• Comfortable learning and operating new software programs
• Must be reliable, consistent, and want to grow into a leader
