Lead Frontend Developer

We’re Hiring: Lead Frontend Developer (Immediate Joiner Required)
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (PKT)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Frontend Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering, scalable application architecture, and team leadership. This role is perfect for someone passionate about building high-performance enterprise applications while leading and mentoring development teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the frontend development lifecycle for enterprise-grade web applications
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend architectures
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders
• Drive architectural decisions, reusable component strategies, and design systems
• Ensure best practices for code quality, performance optimization, accessibility, SEO, and security
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior to senior-level frontend developers
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party platforms including CRM/ERP systems
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical planning and execution
• Maintain technical documentation and engineering standards across projects

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong expertise in #React.js, #Next.js, #Angular, #Vue.js, or #Nuxt.js
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Tailwind CSS
• Hands-on experience with Redux, RTK, Context API, Zustand, or TanStack Query
• Expertise in scalable frontend architecture and component-based development
• Strong understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, and performance optimization techniques
• Experience with REST APIs, #GraphQL, authentication systems (JWT/OAuth), and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as #AWS, #Azure, or #GCP
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Micro-Frontend Architecture
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress
• Experience working in enterprise CMS and multi-site environments
• Ability to manage technical discussions with clients and stakeholders
