We’re Hiring: Lead Full Stack PHP Laravel Developer (Onsite Night Shift Job)
Location: Block 3, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time -Onsite -Night Shift
Time: 07:00 pm to 04:00 am
Experience: 6+ Years

Required Skills:
-PHP (strong), Laravel (advanced- Version 12), Frontend Vue.js- 3, WordPress plugin and theme customization and development
-Hands-on experience in aWindows and Linux-based working environment.
-Leadership and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide the PHP development team.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using PHP.
• Work extensively with Laravel (preferred) or other PHP frameworks.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment.
• Define application architecture and ensure best coding practices.
• Review code for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, DevOps, and product managers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage team tasks.
• Maintain documentation and technical specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs350,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per month
