About the Role:
We are expanding our team and looking for confident individuals who can communicate effectively and drive sales. As a Customer Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our services, and closing deals.The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Promote products or services using provided scripts.
• Identify customer interest and generate qualified leads.
• Record call outcomes and maintain accurate data.

Requirements:

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
