Lead Dentist (Path to Partnership).
Location: Cape Coral, FL (private, fee-for-service).
Schedule: Full-time, 4.5 days/week.
Compensation: Production-based pay with high earning potential; $250,000+ OTE.

The Opportunity:
Step into a high-performing private practice and lead a talented clinical team with a clear, structured path to equity/ownership. Receive direct clinical and business mentorship while you grow the practice and your leadership impact.
Practice Snapshot:
- Production & Collections: ~$1.9M production; $1.8M+ collections.
- Patient Base: 3,100+ active patients; 50–55 new patients/month.
- Facility: 7 operatories in a modern, tech-forward setting.
- Team: 4 dental assistants, 1 hygienist. Technology: TRIOS, lasers, digital imaging.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with a strong restorative focus.
- Perform surgical procedures with advanced technology support (lasers, TRIOS, digital imaging).
- Lead, coach, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care. Help grow and retain a loyal patient base in a high-demand market.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 3–5 years preferred (GPR/AEGD a plus).
- Clinical: Strong restorative skill set; surgical interest welcomed. Leadership: Team-oriented, patient-first, and growth-minded with a pathway to ownership.
Growth & Ownership:
- Defined transition plan to partnership with clear milestones. Ongoing clinical and business mentorship from experienced leadership.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: Production-based with $250,000+ potential (based on experience and performance). Benefits: Medical, dental, vision; 401(k); CE stipends; additional benefits discussed in interviews.
