Lead Generation Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business and residential customers
• Present and promote company services effectively
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate call records in the CRM system
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to achieve overall campaign goals

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in call centre or outbound sales (international experience preferred)
• Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident accent
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Self-motivated, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

Job Location: Plaza no. 74, Main Civic Centre, Phase 4, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi

Job Timings: 7 pm to 4 am
