Lead Generation and Marketing Specialist

For over 33 years, A-List Models and Talent has been a faith-based, full-service model and talent agency representing and developing talent ages 4 and up. We provide opportunities in modeling, acting, fashion, commercial, print, runway, film, television, and digital media while maintaining a positive, professional, and family-friendly environment.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Lead Generation and Marketing Specialist to identify new talent sources, sponsorship opportunities, community partnerships, events, and other opportunities that support the agency's continued growth and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective models, actors, influencers, and talent.
• Source leads through social media, online platforms, schools, community organizations, festivals, and events.
• Create and support talent recruitment funnels.
• Research companies, organizations, and platforms that can provide access to potential leads.
• Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities for agency events, fashion shows, showcases, and productions.
• Book career fairs, festivals, community events, and recruitment opportunities.
• Draft and distribute press releases and media announcements.
• Build relationships with community organizations, businesses, and industry contacts.
• Monitor industry trends and identify new lead sources.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities.
• Represent the agency professionally in all communications and networking efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must live in driving distance to Raleigh NC.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Professional and detail-oriented.
• Experience in lead generation, recruiting, sales, marketing, public relations, sponsorships, or business development is a plus.

• Hybrid position mostly. We do require a weekly in person meeting
• Flexible hours
• Part-time hours
• There is a possibility that this position may work with one other person as a team on this division in the agency.
