We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Sales Growth Specialist to identify, engage, and convert potential clients for our BPO services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline through various lead generation platforms, databases, networking channels, and outbound prospecting efforts. This role focuses on acquiring new business opportunities and onboarding clients who can benefit from our outsourcing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients across multiple industries using various lead generation platforms, databases, and online resources.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales channels.
- Conduct cold calls and initial consultations to understand client needs and present the company's BPO services.
- Schedule meetings and presentations for senior sales executives or independently manage the sales process when appropriate.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Generate new business opportunities and successfully onboard new clients for the company's outsourcing services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align service offerings with client requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation, sales, and client acquisition targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, business development, or telemarketing.
- Strong experience using lead generation tools and databases such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Seamless.ai, Crunchbase, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience selling BPO, outsourcing, IT services, staffing, or professional services.
- Knowledge of email outreach and sales automation tools.
- Familiarity with international markets, particularly North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships.

- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Outbound calls and outreach activities completed.

Goal of the Role:
To drive sustainable business growth by identifying new opportunities, converting prospects into paying clients, and expanding the company's customer base for its BPO and outsourcing services across multiple industries.
