Job Description
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant contact information through various channels such as online databases, social media, and industry networks.
- Initiate and manage outreach efforts to engage with prospects through email, phone calls, and social media, presenting our products/services and generating interest.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they meet the sales team's potential conversion requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads, providing detailed insights and context to streamline the sales process.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics, such as conversion rates and lead quality, to evaluate performance and refine strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and enhance outreach efforts.
- Continuously refine lead generation techniques and strategies through continuous learning and development.
Required Skills and Expertise
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduate/MBA (marketing, business analytics, international business)
- 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or marketing
- Familiar with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
- Strong research skills and experience in identifying and targeting potential leads.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and persuade potential customers.
