Lead Generation & Content Assistant

We're looking for a proactive and reliable individual to help grow our video editing agency.

Responsibilities:

- Find and apply to relevant projects on Upwork.

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, and other platforms.

- Research potential clients, including YouTubers, businesses, and content creators.

- Write engaging YouTube scripts related to video editing, YouTube growth, freelancing, and content creation.

- Maintain lead records and follow up with prospects.

Requirements:

- Strong written English.

- Excellent research and communication skills.

- Familiarity with Upwork and digital marketing is a plus.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation:

- Salary: PKR 70,000/month

- Performance-based monthly bonuses.

- Revenue targets and higher incentives for top performers.
