AIM Digital Technologies is a fast-growing software company specializing in Mobile App Development (Flutter, iOS, Android), Web Solutions, ERP Systems, AI & IoT Solutions. We work with international clients across the US, UK, UAE, and Europe.

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and growth-oriented Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Intern to join our team and help us scale our outreach and online presence.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

• Research and identify potential clients (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, etc.)
• Build targeted lead lists (Startups, SMEs, Tech Founders, etc.)
• Manage CRM entries and maintain clean lead databases
• Assist in email outreach & LinkedIn outreach campaigns

Digital Marketing:

• Assist in managing LinkedIn, Instagram & other social platforms
• Create and schedule content (posts, reels, case studies)
• Support SEO activities (keyword research, content optimization)
• Help in running and monitoring paid campaigns (if required)
• Track KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Email Marketing, and CRM tools
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proactive, organized, and target-driven personality
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Experience with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Canva, Meta Ads
• Understanding of B2B marketing
• Basic SEO knowledge
