About the Role

Renexus Resource Group is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to strengthen our sales pipeline. Stationed at our Karachi office, you will focus on B2B lead generation, qualifying prospects, and providing critical support that fuels our international sales growth.

This opportunity is ideal for ambitious fresh graduates or entry-level professionals eager to begin a career in sales with structured training and clear growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Prospecting: Identify target businesses, decision-makers, and opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Connect with prospects through outbound calls, tailored email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs and potential to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the Sales team.
  • CRM & Reporting: Accurately log activities, update records, and maintain a clean, reliable CRM database.
  • Sales Enablement: Prepare detailed prospect briefs to support successful handoffs to senior sales executives.

Candidate Requirements

  • English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English for international communication is a must.
  • Drive & Ownership: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Research & Detail Orientation: Comfortable conducting research and managing data with precision.
  • Background: Prior telesales or client interaction experience is beneficial, but not mandatory. Ambition and willingness to learn are valued most.
  • Education: Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation, Training & Career Growth

  • Fixed Monthly Salary: PKR 30,000.
